You’ve got 15 days from delivery to decide if we’re “the one.”
If not, just send it back — no hard feelings.


✅ What Can I Return?

  • Product should be in original condition (aka not used as a coaster).

  • Keep the box, charger, and vibe intact — we need all parts.

  • No dents, no drama, just the clean stuff.

  • Proof of purchase? Yep, that Order ID is your golden ticket.


📨 How Do I Return It?

Slide into our inbox at support@beebom.shop with:

  • Your Order ID

  • A short note on what went wrong (be honest, we can take it)

We’ll reply faster than your ex ignored you — usually within 24–48 hours.


💸 When Do I Get My Refund?

Once your return passes the vibe check (read: inspection),
we’ll process your refund in 4–7 business days — straight to your original payment method.

No store credits. No weird rules. Just your money back.


❌ Not Eligible For Return:

  • Used, damaged, or “accidentally washed” products

  • Items returned after 15 days (fashionably late doesn’t work here)

  • Missing original accessories or packaging
